All orders place before 3pm will be processed the same day Monday to Friday, if you order after 3pm or at the weekend your order will be processed the next working day. If you wish to collect your order from our warehouse please select this option on the check out page. You can collect your orders from our warehouse between Mon-Sat 7:00am – 5pm, please don’t come to collect your order until you have received an email to say your order is ready for collection. When collecting your order please ensure you have your order number, method of payment and ID when coming to collect all orders.
We ship all over the UK
There are some regions in the UK that have shipping fees. Some far away places like the Shetland Islands sadly can’t have free shipping due to surcharge imposed by shipping companies.
We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on your shipping destination and the weight of the shipment. You’ll get free shipping on any order that is over £99. If you are under that amount, just add something to your order and you’ll get free shipping automatically.
UK Shipping Times
All UK orders are currently shipped directly from our warehouse in the UK and should take between 3-5 working days to arrive. If your order is urgent please contact us in the first instance so we can secure the stock.
